Camprop is seeking to make a valuable contribution to develop and enhance the status of Cambridge, London and Oxford as global centres of excellence in research & development, innovation and sustainability.

We want the space that we create to be attractive to the domestic and international workforce talent that our occupiers target.

Initially, the Camprop team brought back to life a number of damaged and neglected properties in central Cambridge conservation areas, to deliver beautifully designed residential and mixed use space.

Subsequently Camprop:

was an early mover in site assembly and the redesign of no longer fit for purpose 1980’s property in Cambridge Science Park (a project which included planning approval to a highly sustainable Cross Laminated Timber office/laboratory project);

identified the potential for office use of the old Swiss Laundry site on Cherry Hinton Road in Cambridge, decontaminated the site and delivered over 50,000 sqft of characterful warehouse style office space;

is bringing forward two laboratory/office developments, one being the most transport efficient research park in the Southern Cluster and the second being the first 20,000 sqft+ central Cambridge urban project, 150 metres from the river Cam.
