Our Track Record
Bringing back to life a number of damaged or neglected buildings in central Cambridge conservation area, including the fire damaged old India House restaurant (now named Mill House); 31 Barton Road and 27 Chesterton High Street;
Planning permission for a cross laminated timber (CLT) office development in Cambridge Science Park;
Decontamination and re-imagining of the Old Swiss Laundry on Cherry Hinton Road as a warehouse style office development with café facilities open to the public;
Bringing forward a laboratory and office development in a highly sustainable transport location (for staff catchment area and networking in Central Cambridge and London) adjacent to Shepreth railway station; and
An early mover in brining forward an urban lab project in central Cambridge, 150 metres from the river Cam and with easy access to the colleges, amenities and transport networks (a concept designed to enable Cambridge companies attract global talent seeking to enjoy all that Cambridge has to offer).
