Urban Labs in Cambridge - First To Complete
This location is on the eastern fringes of the historic centre of Cambridge. There are a cluster of developments coming forward on and around Newmarket Road. This includes proposed large laboratory/office/mixed use developments at the Grafton Centre (Pioneer Group), the Beehive Centre (Railpen), Cambridge Retail Park – including 230 Newmarket Road (Railpen) and existing B&Q and DFS sites further east along Newmarket Road (British Land). These schemes will establish the location as the hub for urban labs within Cambridge. The first to complete will be that of Cheddars Lane.
