Shepreth Research Park
Shepreth Research Park
Tired 90's buildings being replaced with two new Laboratory buildings opposite Shepreth Railway Station, with Cambridge just a short 10 minute journey away, and a direct connection to London.
The two buildings are being constructed separately. Works have already commenced in the first building. This will offer 20,000 ft2 of prime fitted laboratory space.
The second building will follow on shortly after providing 21,500 ft2 of further space.
