All this stems from his years of experience securing cross-border investment and developing a keen eye for the potential value hidden in land and property. Kash’s track record of successful real estate projects totals well in excess of £300 million.

With over 25 years’ experience in banking, corporate, commercial, construction and property law, Michael oversees all compliance, contract and other legal issues throughout the development process from acquisition to disposals. Michael also takes a leading role in due diligence and risk management across all our projects.

Michael is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, with international experience working with Allen & Overy and Bond Pearce. Since 2003, Michael has specialised in real estate projects acting as legal consultant and director.

As a Cambridge resident, Simon brings intimate local knowledge and an award-winning eye for design to the running of our sites. He’s integral to the relationships we maintain with the city’s best architects and construction professionals.

While his heart is in Cambridge, Simon’s expertise is widely recognised. His development projects have featured in the international press, and in 2010 he received the Polish Government’s Development of the Year award for his work converting a historic landmark.

Chris provides oversight to inform our decision making, rooted in enormous experience managing and advising fast-growing businesses. He’s been a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, private equity firms and companies of all sizes, bringing knowledge of transaction planning, negotiation and structuring.

Camprop are lucky to be able to rely on Chris’ expertise, which has helped guide companies like Misys plc, Leisure Resources Group plc, and Deloitte where he was head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Technology and Media.

Michael Buttress is a Development Manager with a track record of delivering over £300 million GDV in mixed-use, PBSA, and commercial projects across Cambridge. He has led developments for clients such as the University of Cambridge and major science parks including Babraham Research Campus, Granta Park, and the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, ensuring high-quality, commercially resilient outcomes.

He maintains strong relationships with consultants and agents across the Cambridge market, driving collaboration and long-term value throughout the development lifecycle.

Nick began his career in luxury hotels and real estate in Spain before spending a decade as Sales & Marketing Manager for overseas property firms focused on emerging markets and the Caribbean.

He joined GCR at its formation as an Operations Consultant and Analyst while living abroad, later relocating to Cambridge in 2022 to become Senior Analyst. Nick oversees forecasting, modelling, and research, and manages marketing and documentation for GCR and its Camprop companies. He is fluent in Spanish.

Tatiana focuses on raising capital for projects, working with families, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions through both professional advisers and her own network. She serves an international client base spanning the UK, UAE, and Asia.

She holds a Master’s in International Real Estate and Urban Planning from University College London and has experience working with private clients from Germany and Austria in the luxury goods sector. Tatiana is fluent in German, Russian, and French.
